Modifications necessary!! Case machining is included with installation charge. We will split, inspect, machine and reassemble your engine with a longer rod kit. If you purchase a "Bolt in kit": The crankcases must be machined to clear cylinder skirts and the connecting rod. You can send your cases to Maxpower to have this done ($150 for machining bare, clean cases), or Maxpower can send you photos and instructions. |

For installation this kit requires you to send us:
- Nothing for bolt in kits.
- Your complete CLEANED engine with NO OIL or COOLANT
- Kick starter and shifter
- Upper motor mounts
- Generator
