151cc Suzuki Big Bore & Stroker Engine Kit

Engine Modifications Required:
Cylinder:	Bore, Port and Replate with Apticote 2000 ceramic bore coating.
Power Valves:	Machined to match big bore ports.
Head:	Rechamber to work with the Big Bore piston and stroked crankshaft. 100 octane suggested for most conditions.
Crankshaft:	Stroke, balance and true.
Crankcase:	Split, inspect, machine to clear stroked crank, reassemble.
Blueprint:	Calculate deck height, squish clearance, trapped volume, port timing and compression ratio and list on your permanent Spec-Sheet.
Optional Xtreme piston and head: (to order tick box and add $100 to your payment)
	Add the benefits of an Xtreme coated piston and head.

Union breather power valve spigot

$100.00 allowance to go towards any worn parts such as: Main bearings, rod kit, clutch plates, transmission gears, etc.
Note: If you need more than $100.00 in worn parts we will call you with a revised estimate. If you know you want certain parts replaced or don't want the job stopped until we reach you, then please list an amount of authorization granted before we need to call you.
