Bolt in Kit includes:
- OEM Modified Cylinder
- OEM Modified Head
- OEM Stroked and balanced crankshaft
- Piston kit with piston, ring(s), wrist pin, circlips
- Wrist Pin Bearing
- Complete top and bottom end gasket and seal kits
- Short reach spark plug
Kit install requires you to send us:
- Your complete engine with NO OIL
- Kick starter and shifter
- Reed cage
- Generator
Notes: With installs we modify your parts. Your cylinder will be replated and a new rod kit will be installed on your crankshaft. True 90cc kit is only an additional $120 when we do the install because the cylinder re-plate is included in the price.
This is not a "Drop In" kit. Case modifications are required and final squish and compression checks must be confirmed by the installer. |
